Managed by the YWCA and located in Building A at the G-2 Flemington Road entrance, (EPIC Camping Office Signage)

Outside these times the Police (Roaming) and the RNCAS Office will assist with lost children.

Located in will be roaming across the duration of the Show, there will be no fixed office.

Lost Property
The RNCAS Office and the Police (Roaming) handle lost property. Lost property can be handed in, reported and collected from the RNCAS Office or from the Police.
Disabled Parking - Free
Disabled parking is free. There are a small number of spots in the Flemington Road Car Park and more near Gate 7.

Multi-faith Room
There is a multi faith room located on level one of the Conference Centre/Link Building which welcomes people of all faiths to share a quite space. Please be respecful of the shared space.
Wheelchair Hire
We will have limited mobility scooters, and wheelchairs, available for hire at Gate 7 and Gate 2 entries. Please call the office to book your scooter and pay your deposit.
Please note there will be a maximum hire period of 2 hours due to the limited scooters.
